Kenny arrived the first day of my "window" of pickup which actually worked out for the best, because my car was in my driveway when I arrived in Ohio. He was consistently communicative about pickup and drop off times with myself and my mother. I appreciate his promptness and his eta was spot on as well. I would definitely use this company again if I need to ship long distance. They were also the lowest bid when researching about 4 other companies.
